Delivery

Once you placed an order our manager will contact you to discuss order details. We can offer you few delivery options: Ukrposhta,  Nova Poshta, InTime, Delivery, self pickup.

After choosing the delivery option once the order is ready we will contact you and inform about delivery terms. We are trying to tell exact time of delivery, but unfortunately sometimes some delays are possible.

Sending an order by Ukrposhta, Nova Pochta, Intime or Deliveri, you need to make a prepayment (the amount of the necessary prepayment you can check with our managers), the balance of the cost of the order, as well as the cost of shipping you pay on receipt. The cost of delivery depends on the volume and weight of your order and is considered at the current tariffs of the carrier.

ATTENTION: when you receive the goods, you must open the parcel and check whether everything has come to you safe. All orders at shipment are checked by our employees and the delivery service employee, also all parcels are insured. The postal service is fully responsible for the delivery of the package to you unharmed. Most likely, we will not be able to help you when applying for damage to the goods after the parcel has been accepted. If you have found a damage to the cargo upon receiving the parcel, you need to make a claim, and immediately contact our department!

Of course, you can pick up absolutely any product from our warehouse in Chernihiv (for details, please contact our manager). Upon the fact of the readiness of your order, we will contact you in advance and clarify when it will be possible to drive to the warehouse and pick up your order.

Regardless of the delivery method you choose, there are several mandatory actions that you must perform when you receive the goods before you sign the acceptance of delivery on the waybill:

  1. To be present at reception of the goods personally or to transfer such right to the representative
  2. View appearance
  3. To check all glass elements (including mirrors) for integrity (chips, cracks, scratches, etc.)
  4. Inspect all facades, for various defects (scratches, chips, etc.)
  5. Check the completeness of the goods, color, filling, quantity, etc. according to the order form. Replacement of the above items after acceptance of the goods (furniture), is at the expense of the customer.
  6. Save all the documents provided to you by our company.

Only after you have ascertained the proper quality and condition of the delivered items, sign the documents of acceptance of delivery. Otherwise, please contact us on one of these phones, and we will be able to resolve the situation.

Please note that almost all the furniture is in disassembled condition. For each individual position, you can clarify this nuance from the manager and, if necessary, order the services of a professional collector.
